If you badly need your NBI Clearance, you can get it right away at Robinson's Otis. There are no long lines and you can get your clearance in less than 30 minutes. You can also get it in the afternoon (after lunch and before 5:00 pm). The thing is, how to get there?
Ride LRT Line 1 get off at U.N. Station
If you're coming from Monumento station, cross the street after getting off at UN Station.Look for the yellow trikes. Ask the driver to take you to Robinson's Otis.
Regular Fare is Php 10.00 and the Special Trip costs Php 40.00There's also a tricycle terminal in front of Robinson's Otis with route going back to UN Ave.

Robinson's Otis can only accommodate 500 applicants per day. I just heard from a friend that this site is already filled with applicants right before lunch so you have to go there as early as possible for you to be processed within the day.

I just went there yesterday around 1:10 pm di naman masyadong madaming tao... less than 1 1/2 hours lang tapos na ko
